The Static Windings
The static windings are next to be restored. Visually check the windings for any damage. We always replace the electrical cables, even if they look good. Removing and replacing the cables is a simple soldering job; needless to say the cables should be replaced like for like, using the correct colours and wire thickness.
The body of the motor is bead-blasted to remove any rusting and old paint. The outside is then painted in the correct silver/grey and is now ready for reassembly.
